Getting in touch

When you send an inquiry or application, AFC Ann Arbor uses your contact details and responses to review your request and get back to you. We keep a private record of the submission, including your consent and the time it was received. Submitting a form does not subscribe you to marketing emails.

Our website runs on Cloudflare. Inquiry records and uploaded résumés are stored privately there. Form notifications and acknowledgments are sent through our email delivery provider. Authorized club staff can access these records to handle your request. Uploaded files have no public download link.

Plant your flag

We review country connections before adding them to the site. We publish a name or story only when you choose that sharing option. Email and phone details stay private.

Newsletter

Newsletter signup is handled by Mailchimp. Email updates and optional text preferences are separate. You can unsubscribe using the link in any newsletter.

Questions about your information

Email info@afcannarbor.com to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you have shared with us. We keep inquiry information while it is needed to handle your request and meet applicable obligations.
